In order to support their constantly evolving growth, they are continuously seeking Consultants and Senior Consultants in Financial Services Industry with a Retail banking background.
Within the Financial Services Industry group, you will get the chance to serve the largest financial services companies and to contribute actively to a wide variety of projects from the initial analysis and planning phases to the design and implementation of our recommendations.
As a consultant, your responsibilities will include:
· Analyzing business requirements, making feasibility studies and performing business case
· Preparing and performing presentations, leading workshops internally and to clients at senior level
· Applying skills in project management while exhibiting leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process and organizational change
· Building trusting relationships with clients
Being part of a consulting company, you will also be asked to organize internal activities and develop our brand and values.
Your Profile:
Candidates must have between two and five years of experience in a consulting company, an audit firm or a proven track record within a financial service company, preferably active in the retail/corporate banking area, with a broad experience in one or more of the following fields:
· Distributions channels, Marketing, CRM
· Credit, Payment processing
· Finance, Risk management
· Securities services (clearing, settlement & custody)
The other “must have” qualifications are:
· You hold a MBA or a Master’s Degree in management, economics or engineering
· You have relevant experience in project management, process analysis and re-engineering
· You have outstanding quantitative and analytical skills coupled with creativity and conceptual thinking
· You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in Dutch, French and English
· You have a professional attitude together with integrity and honesty
· You are ambitious and self-motivating together with the ability to motivate others
· You are autonomous and team player
· You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are willing to travel when needed
