In order to support their constantly evolving growth, our client is continuously seeking Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers in CIO Advisory Services.
The CIO Advisory service line offers solutions to multinational companies. Aim is to provide a service offering capable of analysing companies’ current IT strategy, not only focussing on infrastructure and systems, but also on processes and organisational side.
The CIO Advisory team will collaborate with our clients to define IT strategy and to drive IT operational excellence. Candidates are required to demonstrate an understanding of IT processes and best practices within any core functional area and must know how to use information systems functionality to effectively transform the client’s environment.
Profile
Candidates must have between two and ten years of experience within the strategic IT domain and have an understanding of the challenges companies are facing today within their IT organisation.
Relevant candidates will have a recent track record in a leading consulting firm or will have acquired relevant experience within an IT organisation of a company. Candidates will also have experience and interest in process improvement initiatives, operational strategy/business improvement experience, and understanding of business, IT and operational issues.
The other “must have” qualifications are :
- A MBA or a Master’s Degree in one of the following domains: information technology, economics and civil engineering
- Demonstrated operational experience with one or more of the following:
- Planning and Analysis
- Business Case Development
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT. CMMI
- Outsourcing
- Process and/or system program management responsibilities
- Management of any IT related team functions
- Management reporting and operational or balanced scorecard capabilities
- Integration projects — experience moving from a legacy to any ERP system
- Understanding of IT processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in Dutch or French and English
- Professional attitude and demeanour together with integrity and honesty
