An applied economic sciences graduate from Louvain university, Didier started his career with IBM in New York, Singapore and finally Belgium. Fluent in French, English and Dutch, with a sound knowledge of German, he has worked in the ICT sector for more than 8 years.

He launched Ecco Interim in Belgium in 1990 (later to become Adecco), where he held the position of Director – General Manager until 1997, participating in the growth of the company (from €2 million to €27 million in the space of six years).
He became Commercial Manager/Europe with Transcom Luxembourg (credit card clearing) in 1998.

From 1998 until 2003 Didier was General Manager with Guilbert (office supplies), whose turnover was boosted from €10 to €19million.

From 2002 to 2003, he himself worked as an Interim Manager carrying out a wide variety of duties.

He was approached by Boyden Executive Search Belgium in 2004 to set up a new division: Boyden Interim Management International. He became General Manager there.

After three years of success, Didier obviously thought it was high time to launch his own Interim Management business, entitled Néos Interim Management. Thanks to his own experience as an Interim Manager and a user of Interim Managers, Didier is well aware of all sides of the profession, making his expert knowledge available to companies and Interim Managers with a view to completing successful assignments.
