After 3 successful years in the Interim Management business, Didier started his own company NEOS INTERIM MANAGEMENT in 2007.
Didier started his career with IBM in New York, Singapore and finally Belgium and worked in the ICT world for more than 8 years.
In 1990, he started Ecco Interim where he held the position of Managing Director – General Manager until 1997.
As of 1998 until 2003 Didier held several General Management positions. Besides working with Interim Managers, he also worked as an Interim Manager himself.
Having been on both sides of the Interim Management business, in 2004 Boyden Executive Search Belgium attracted Didier to create a new division - Boyden Interim Management International.
Didier holds a degree in Business Administration (IAG) from the University of Louvain and is fluent in French, Dutch and English with a good conversational knowledge of German.
He is married, has four children and is a member of several cultural associations and alumni organizations.
