Who are the interim managers ?
An interim Manager is a senior executive (45-60 years old in general), expert in his/her field with a wide experience in different companies, autonomous, responsible, hands-on and dynamic. He/she knows and can handle difficult situations and always at very senior level. He/she is well qualified for the task and he/she is ready to come on board immediately and take responsibility for the company for a set period of time and aim to provide quantifiable results.
He/she has an independent, self-employed position and is available in a very short period of time (5-10 days and sometimes less than 24 hours).
