Didier launched Neos Interim Management back in 2007.

An applied economic sciences graduate from Louvain university, Didier started his career with IBM in New York, Singapore and finally Belgium. Fluent in French, English and Dutch, with a sound knowledge of German, he has worked in the ICT sector for more than 8 years.

In 1990 he started the activities of the Ecco Interim Company in Belgium (which later became Adecco), for which he was Chief Executive Officer until 1997. He was therefore actively involved in the growth of the company, whose capital increased from 2 to 27 million euros in 6 years.

In 1998, he became Commercial Manager/Europe with Transcom Luxembourg (credit card clearing).

Through 1998 to 2001 he held the position of Managing Director for Guilbert (office supplies). Guilbert's sales increased from 10 to 19 million euros over this period.

From 2002 to 2003, he himself worked as an Interim Manager carrying out a wide variety of duties.

He was approached by Boyden Executive Search Belgium in 2004 to set up a new division: Boyden Interim Management International. He became General Manager there.

In 2007, after three years of success, Didier obviously thought it was high time to launch his own Interim Management business, entitled Neos Interim Management. Owing to his dual experience, both as an Interim Manager himself and a user of Interim Managers, Didier knows every facet of the profession and uses his expertise for the benefit of both companies and Interim Managers in order to ensure successful assignments.
